Just a bit more privacy would be nice as we are a bit all close together but we already knew this going forward. It is nice to have neighbors and things are very convenient so yes I would highly recommend to family and friends. The apartments and community are nice but the maintenance took awhile to get done and the apartments are not very well maintained. The fishing work like paint and trim was poorly done. For example missing spots of paint, painting over things, can see where railing was remounted.
